I would like to create new pages, but always when i create a new page is uploading as a new entrance on the main page and not on the menu. I did only once, but with the others always are going to the main menu as a entrance. Could you let me know if there is a max number of pages to the menu or what is happening? thanks a lot.

It’s not clear what you are intending. Your most recent published post is dated 13 septiembre, 2014, so I presume you’re referring to static pages. Is it that you want the new pages to appear in the menu as subcategories of main categories?

    Hi!
Thanks for your answer. So, I have one post call “nuestro viaje” and many static pages with countries (the last one is “Finlandia”), but when I create new pages, after publish it the static page appear like a post ad not like an static page I don’t know why.
I have one static page already done, but not published call “paises balticos” just if you wanna see it.
    Thanks a lot!!

I don’t understand what you mean by saying your pages appear like posts. How so?

I have one static page already done, but not published call “paises balticos” just if you wanna see it.

Actually, your header navigation menu includes links to 15 static pages. I visited each one of them. The URL of a page typically has the form https://yourdomain/page-title/. I haven’t found any published posts on the site yet.

    Well,
I know I have 15 static pages, but I was creating a new one and when I creat it, after publish it doesn’t appear like a new static page in my blog, instead of that appears like a post I don’t know why. I did many times and always appears like a post in my blog after publish it. I have one ready to publish called “paises balticos”, so if you publish it you will see. You can do it if you want, it’s no problem for me if you wanna try.

I don’t know if the max number of static pages is 15 or what, that is my problem. I don’t know If I’m explaining, hopefully yes.
    Thanks!

    Hi gastonrmaosv,

I think the confusion is coming from the statement that the page is appearing like a blog post, but when we look at your blog, there is only one blog post and it’s a couple of years old.

It may be helpful if you can provide a screenshot of what you’re seeing. This page can help you with getting a screenshot posted if you’re unfamiliar with how to do that:

Those who have responded here are volunteers. We don’t have access to your administrative pages, nor the ability to publish anything on your website. Staff may run the test you suggest. If you would like to call for staff attention to the topic, you may add a “modlook” tag to the sidebar here.

I don’t know if the max number of static pages is 15…

There is no maximum number of static pages.

    Thanks for your answer.
When I published it, I had to delet it because was like a post and it never appeared like and attic page. I’ll try to do everything again and again. Thanks and I’ll tell you if I could.

Now that I think about it, I may have had something similar happen previously.

One time I meant to create a blog post but accidentally created it as a page. When I realized what I had done, I deleted the page that I did not mean to create and tried creating a blog post with the same name. However, it kept making it a page rather than a post, no matter how many times I tried, and with me making very sure that I was making it a blog post. It wasn’t until I made a new blog post and slightly changed the title that I was able to post it as a blog post instead of it show up under pages.

You situation sounds similar but with the opposite situation of having a page appear as a blog post. Try posting it again with a different title and see if it will fix the issue. That’s what worked for me.

    Hi guys!
At the end I did it!!. I had to do it again, from the beginning, deleting everything before. I don’t know why WP was publishing my attic pages as a post, but well, now it is ok.

    Thanks for your help!

Very cool, glad it is working now.
