create new blog

  I go to My Blog, I click Create New Blog, I choose a blog address and name of blog then I go to bottom to process and the boxes at the bottom are grey not blue, when I click it won’t process, what do I need to do to fix this? I just upgraded to Premium on centeringandhealing and I use it as a website, should I include this new business under that blog after purchasing Premium or should I open a new account for a website for a new business I am starting soon?
