create new password for self hosted blog

Hi! My blog was hacked so I deleted the files off my server until I can create a new password to log into my blog for maintenance. I don’t know if the hacker changed it or what. I can only log into the account that has wordpress hosting my blog (I never used that account). My self hosted blog has a different user name/ password to maintain the blog. I don’t want to retore my files if the hacker can get in again forcing me to go thru this again.
