Create ‘new post’ button

Hello,
I want to create a private site and I want to add a ‘New post’ button to the home page for users to create new posts. How can I do that?

To create a private site:
Go to My Site > Settings > Privacy Settings and set it to Private. Anyone wanting to view the site will need to have a WordPress.com account and to request access to view the blog. You will receive an email asking you to give them access; they will then be able to read and comment on your blog.

You will need to make them Contributors at least. As they already have WordPress.com accounts (as your site is private), all you need to do is go to My Site > Settings > People > Invites and send an invite to their username to become a Contributor. This will allow them to create their own posts and send them to you (or another admin) to publish. If you want them to be able to publish their posts then make them Authors.

To add a button to this on your homepage, create a button with a link to https://wordpress.com/posts/my/YOUR_WEBSITE_URL.I hope this helps!
