  Hello, i want to create new site, but i don’t get the free domain listed. I want domain name is techsisri.wordpress.com
  Help me :D

  It looks like that domain is still available. You can change the URL of your site using the steps on this page:
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/changing-blog-address/

  Note: Once you change your website address, the old address will be permanently unavailable. Nobody will be able to use it again in the future, including you.
