Create new tweet w/o typo on WordPress.com page excerpt

    After I published it to twitter I noticed a typo in the preview text (excerpt). I fixed it and created a new tweet (the day after I fixed it) but the typo is still there.

    Is this a problem of the twitter platform or is WordPress.com not updating the preview correctly? If the latter, how can I fix it?
