Create new website

  Hi. I would create my blog site. I will have address cyklomaniak.wordpress.com, but this address is use by other person. I write us because this site isn’t use since 2013 year and is empty. Help me! They delete this site. I will have this address to create my website. ‘Cyklomaniak’ this is my brand on instagram.

  Currently, WordPress.com doesn’t delete empty (or inactive) blogs without the consent of the owner of that blog. You can try to contact the person who registered that address by posting a comment on the example post on the site (https://cyklomaniak.wordpress.com/2013/12/09/test/) and ask if they’d be willing to transfer the site over to you, but that’s pretty much all you can do regarding that address. If you’re unable to contact them, then you’ll have to register a variation of the name instead.
