  hello there, i realised that wordpress doesnt support iframe and javascript embed but i need to have an online form pasted onto my webpage.

  what suggestions are there?

  If you have to have the form on your site (as opposed to a link to the form elsewhere), then about the only thing I have seen is that you can use the contact form with instructions for the information you want.

  Forms are not allowed due to security concerns. Your best bet is to use one of the online form hosting services such as http://www.formspring.com/ . There are others as well. Just do a web search for “online form hosting” and you will get quite a few hits.
