create or add my etsy mini shop widget to my page

I am new to WordPresss- is there a way to add my etsy mini widget on my blog page? I see and used other widgets- but no option to make my own widget
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

It’s JavaScript which we cannot use for security reasons. http://en.support.wordpress.com/code/#javascript There is no upgrade that will allow you to post JavaScript, iframes, forms or other restricted codes. To use that widget you would have to hire a web host and set up your own WordPress.org install.
What many of us have done is simply take a screenshot of our Etsy shop or favorites and added it to our sidebars in a text widget. https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/how-and-where-to-post-the-etsy-mini-code?replies=4#post-937853
