Create Pop-Out When Hovering Over Menu

  Good morning!

  Would it be possible to add in CSS to create a “Pop Out” when users hover over the “Contact Us” tab on our menu? I’d like this to be a link to sign-up for our newsletter (It would essentially look exactly like the “Subscribe” tab that pops out when we hover over “Newsletters”), but in the color of the “Donate”tab.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
