  hi I want to create new blog with a new title, but can’t seem to do this as the system says my email address is already in use. how can I do this? many thanks.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Each WordPress.com account it tied to a unique email address. To set up another account, you’ll need to choose a different email account to use or log into that other WordPress.com account and change the email so it becomes available again.

  Note that you don’t need a new account to have multiple blogs. You can set up an unlimited number of them under a single account by going here when you’re logged into WordPresss.com: https://wordpress.com/start/themes
