  I want to create a new blog completely separate from my personal one

  Hi Chris – if you really want it to have no connection at all with your other blog, I suggest creating a second user account. To do this, log out of WordPress.com entirely as potiphar12 and then go to http://wordpress.com/ and sign up for a new account and blog, using a new username and email address.

  Keep in mind that you’ll need to keep track of your two different logins and the email addresses associated with each.
