  hi

  so when i want to start a blog on this link
  https://signup.wordpress.com/start/?step=step-signup-with-blog
  i just see step 1 of 4, thats it.
  what do i have to do?

  Hello,
  I see the same thing as you do. Try signing up here: https://signup.wordpress.com/start/?step=step-home

  After you enter the blog name you want, and make it to Step 2, the screen may go blank as it did for me. I refreshed the page and it let me complete the steps.

  I’ve tagged this post for a staff member to check out because the signup sure isn’t supposed to work that way.

  Hi, I wanted to create my new website using a hosting company paulaandevateamusa.com but the domain name is not available. Is it because I upgraded my paulaandevateamusa.wordepress.com to premium were in I was able to register paulaandevateamusa.com and then cancel it after a day?

  Can I still use the paulaandevateamusa.com domain after I cancel my premium account with you?

  If you no longer require the WordPress.com Premium Plan, I can cancel it and refund the associated charge.

  Also, you can point the domain you registered at WordPress.com to another server (hosting service), with these steps:

  Change a Domain’s Name Servers

  You’ll need to obtain the name server values from your current host. You should be able to find them on their support documentation, or contact them and ask for the information. (Name servers may be referred as “nameservers” or “NS records” instead.)

  Once you confirm how you’d like to proceed, I will get started processing your transaction.
