create Staff user

    This is a group blog, and we have features where we would like a Staff or Admin user account so that those features would show up under the Staff username, as a separate entity. Currently, such featured posts count under the person who posted them, which very much skews the numbers when looking at who posted, has the most views, etc.

    Can we create a separate Staff user name/account?
