Create this homepage with WordPress

  Hey,
  Im trying to create the following homepage from the image to my WordPress site.
  I have tried using the elementor page builder but I cant do it on that page builder.
  So what page builder or what plugin do I need to make this homepage happen?
  The website where I am testing it is on :

  Startseite

  I am having also diffuculties figuring out how to display text on hover.
  Any tips?

  Some hosts do provide advice depending on what contract you have with them. However as your site is using the WordPress.org software then you need to follow the link provided by @ami0789 and register an account with the appropriate support forum. The two WordPresses are quite different and most of us WordPress.com users don’t have access to plugins at all so cannot offer you the advice you need.
