  Hey,

  Im working on a project (for myself); creating a job listing site. I want users to to be able to have their own profiles which is unique to them. they can edit the profile and list jobs they have or are searching for. I want their posts to be redirected to the front page. Any help would be appreciated

  That’s not possible on a WordPress.com blog. You need to hire a web host http://wordpress.org/hosting and set up a WordPress.ORG install. read the difference here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
