Create username/ login register button?

  Hello,

  I was curious as to if there is a way to create a widget or something on my page that allows people to register to become members of my site by creating their own username and password so they’d be able to start their own topics once I create a forums page for my site.

  Any feedback is greatly appreciated and thank you in advance!

  I’m afraid that isn’t functionality that WordPress.com offers at this time. Nor d we offer the ability to host forums on your site.

  You might want to look into setting up a self-hosted WordPress.org site if these features are important to your site plans. WordPress.org sites offer a lot more flexibility in terms of stuff like this.
