Create users with a password but not everyone

  Is it possible to create for some followers an access with a password to get private informations, with the free version or is it necessary to upgrade. If it is possible how to do ? J dont’see in the heading ‘users’ ‘utilisateurs’in french something to do that. thanks for your help

  The visibility section of the publish module in any post or page editor allows you to choose to password protect that post or page.

  Thanks for your answer. Its give me one solution but j want to know if it is possible to gone further, providing for some users one personal password giving access for all reserved articles J J hope you can understand my english just learned in school 45 years ago

  I don’t know. It might be that applying the same password to multiple password protected posts or pages will allow a user who provides the password to one of them to be granted access to the others, without needing to the give the password each time. You can test this yourself, with a second account.

  Staff could probably give a more definitive answer to your question. To call for staff attention add a “modlook” tag to the sidebar of this topic.
