Created a Blog About 10 years ago. Cant Recover. Has Personal Info

Hello there,
I dont know this is the right place but I am going to ask here. I created a WordPress Blog about 10 years ago and this blog has some personal information (Name, Email, etc).
I was alot younger when I wrote this and didnt know it would come back to haunt me but now its being scrapped by every spam bot and kind of makes me a target. This blog is not active at all and I searched high & low for the email I used but cannot find it for the life of me.
I was wondering if it is possible to get WordPress to take it down.

Are you referring to a site hosted by WordPress.COM? Type the URL in here to confirm the hosting and where the name servers point to http://www.whoishostingthis.com/
If the site is not hosted by WordPress.COM it is likely to be a WordPress.ORG software install and we don’t provide support for them. That support is at http://wordpress.ORG/support.
What I post below applies only to sites hosted by WordPress.COM.
You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard. The Admin login link to the dashboard for every blog hosted by WordPress.COM is:
http://NAME_OF_BLOG.wordpress.com/wp-admin/
* You will have to replace “name_of_blog” with the actual blog’s name in that URL.
If you are not logged in under the correct username account then clear your browser cache https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache and cookies https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-wordpress-com-cookies and then login correctly under the relevant username account.
You can update your email address here https://wordpress.com/me at any time.
If you did not register the site under your username account and do not have the required access, then you need to contact the person who registered the account and site under it, and have them act or transfer the site to your username account by using this process. http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/#transferring-your-blog-to-another-user-or-account

Hi, yes this is a month but I wanted to come back to this issue.
The activation URL is with the lost email and since I do not know the email, I could not recover the activation ID. Also, there is no transactions on this account.
My reasoning is that there is personal information on that blog, I can show proof that the email on the blog is mine, and say that I do not want it up. Hence I am asking if someone at WordPress can delete it or privatize it.
