Created a page….but can I create a blog to it?

    I created a page….thinking I can add blog posts to it but I can’t.
    1) is it because I’m on the free plan, hence limited features?
    2) also under the page….’page attributes’ only shows ‘parent page’, ‘top level’ and ‘order’

    please advise, thank you!
