Created a second account in error

Hello, I have recently taken over the management of the website http://www.cerebra.org.uk. It was previously managed by someone who I believe used (email visible only to moderators and staff). Jetpack was working fine but after the most recent WordPress update, I stopped being able to see statistics on the dashboard. I created a second account in error and this is now the only one that I can make active on my account. What I didn’t realise when I did this was the one that now need to recover was a premium account that we are paying for the advanced features of. I can probably gain access to the logins for the other account but I need to know how a can reapply that to my site instead of the new account I created.

Have you made any changes to the DNS records recently? I tried to run the domain through our Jetpack debugging tool but it’s not recognizing the domain.
Try to uninstall and reinstall the Jetpack plugin as a first step. Even on the basic Jetpack plan I should be able to resolve it through the debug tool.
