Created a Site and I cannot access it

    I created a blog and my email is no longer associated with the account despite having a receipt of purchase. This was after i transferred my domain over.

    The website should be http://www.zerochucks.com or http://www.zerochucks.wordpress.com

    Can anyone at WP help with this access issue?

    Sure! The user zerochucks seems to be associated with that site. It’s going to be a different user from this one. Try to log out and log in again using the zerochucks username instead of an email? You can tag this with modlook for more support from staff.

    Thanks for the recommendation. I attempted to do that but it says it will email me a link to log in to my email address, which appears to be linked to this username as well.

    Hi there,

    The account that is connected to zerochucks has a different email address under it than the one you are contacting us from. As @darciemg mentioned, you can try logging in via the username if you remember the password, or if you have the receipt of purchase, you can use the transaction ID to fill out the form at wpchrg.com and it will help you find the correct account along with what you were charged for. You an also reach out to billing support there directly.

    Thanks for the help. I found the transaction ID and reached out to support, hopefully this will get resolved soon.

    I was not able to find any tickets from this address. We aren’t in a call center, but we’ll reach out privately via ticket.
