  I see the canva plug in. if upgrade my plan will this allow me to import my current website design from canva into wordpress?

  It is not directly available but you may want to explore some third-party options/plugins, as an example I found these:

  We also have an option where we build the site for you, we would not be able to use the current site in Canva but you can upload your media and texts so that we add them to the site: https://wordpress.com/do-it-for-me/
