Created blog without password and email
-
Hi
I was going to create a wordpress account to view a private blog. But I accidently created a blog instead of a user, without e-mail and password. So my problem is that I can’t login because I have no password, and I can’t have a password sent to me because I didn’t filled in any e-mail. At least what I can remember.
What to do?
The blog adress I’m talking about is kgedvinsson.wordpress.com
English isn’t my native language, so I hope that I have described my problem clearly enough for you to understand :)

This is the log-in for the blog you created –

You could try your regular email – you should not have been able to create an account or blog without an email – but stranger things have happened – @TT has flagged this for staff attention – they can tell you if the blog does have an email associated with it – they won’t give out the email info but will tell you the first 3 or 4 letters of the email address and the domain for the email service

That particular blog was registered with an email and a password.
Do you have access to the lis[…] (at) hotmail.com email address that was entered. Someone must have, since that account was activated via email in May.

Wow, that is even stranger because I registered the blog just days ago.
But, the first three letters you wrote (lis…(at)hotmail.com) is also the first three letters in the email address that belongs to the person who invited me.I signed up via the link in the invitation mail that I received. You know; “xxxx invited you to be a viewer of….”
Could there be some strange thing that happened there?I’ll try to use the “forgot password” function and write the person’s email address, then contact her to see if she gets the mail.

Success! As you can see my username is changed, and the blog I made by mistake is removed.
In some strange way, the blog did use my friends email adress (and username too).
So she changed password and transfered the blog to me so I could delete it.Thank you for your help! :)
