Created new account because can’t recover old one

I paid for a wordpress account but the new email I created that day has disappeared. along with the ASUS computer that burned up. Now I can’t log in. I have tried contacting Microsoft; none of the online helps work. I can’t get into the old account and created this new one so I could chat with a wordpress rep but now it looks like all I can do is ask in this forum. Helpmeifyoucan

As you have a paid WordPress.com account, it’s very easy to restore access using the Transaction ID at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/

I want to add, @staartmees is correct if you bought a plan here on WordPress.com for your site.
If you have a site with a different host, see that you can log into the host, first. Then ask them for help with this:
https://wordpress.org/support/article/resetting-your-password/You may want to have them create backups first, just to be safe!

I can’t/ won’t use the email i registered with because i can’t access it and can’t get the help i need from microsoft to recover it. I had a paid subscription to Office that i can’t use because the online helps are fruitless. Says the email acct doesn’t exist. Transaction id is [REDACTED] on aug 2, 2021.
Not sure what you mean by a site with a different host. I’m brand new at this having a website thing. I was working on the set up and life happened, so it wasn’t published yet. It was a WordPress account that doesn’t recognize the email that i can’t access. It feels like a no win. -
