creating a blog

  i have made two blogs here on wordpress, but I’m trying to make another one and it’s kind of acting weird. After putting my information, i scrolled down and clicked “create blog” but then the same page reloads although my information is correct. I never had this problem before. I need an answer ASAP because this is for an assignment for someone.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
