creating a blog section in the menu on my current website

  i currently have a website and wanted to do a separate blog and have it attached in my menu section on the website. i also wanted to enable a few people to write on the blog without having access to the admin features to the actual website. any help is needed.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
