Creating a blog with some static pages

  I want to create a blog with some static pages. It’s an arts site so the blog is perfect as the front page I will publish segment from works in progress.
  THEN I want to have an About Me page and a little Store and and page with photos.
  Not too much.

  But how do I do this? I’m using the 2011 theme.
