  Hi, my name is Shira and I am a business of jewellery and diamonds.
  I am trying to create a site through wordpress.com with the free edition until I decide if to upgrade it.
  I can’t find how to begin building my site! When I click “create site” it refers me to a creating a blog page.
  How can I create a website with your system?

  Typo: Businnes = Business

  You don’t necessarily need the business plan.

  A blog IS a web page. You create a blog and you modify it to be any kind of website you want. You cannot begin until you register a blog.
