Creating a complicated website

  Hello,

  I am thinking of creating a rather complex site for a non-English speaking country similar to this one https://www.justanswer.com/

  I would like to know what is the better solution. Hiring a programmer or can I do it on my own with wordpress. If I can, please let me know what theme, plugins, tools, I will need!

  I think the best thing for you to do is research this in the WordPress.org forums. I think that the open source software is going to be a better fit over our managed hosting environment here at WordPress.com.
