Creating a custom div class

  Hi, I’m Sally and I own the css editor for wordpress.
  When I create a custom div class in my stylesheet, it doesn’t work.
  After adding the class in the stylesheet, if I write

  <div class=”class_name“> in my posts or pages, it doesn’t work.
  Help me!

  Hi Sally, can you proivde a link to your WordPress.com site, ideally to a page where you’re trying out this code so we can take a look and see what might be causing the problem.

  I got it. I don’t own the custom css. I can only see css changes when I am in the appereance mode. Sorry, I made you waste your time.

  Ah yes, you’re correct but that’s no problem – before you purchase the upgrade your modifications can only be seen in the Customizer. However if you include that HTML in your post/page and then view it in the Customizer you should still be able to test out the CSS.
