Creating a drop down menu on Twenty Ten theme

  I just switched over to the Twenty Ten theme and I would like the drop down menu to appear similar to how I had it with the Liquorice theme; I have a page “The Grapefruit Diet” and originally it appeared under (drop down) the “Weight Loss” page on the menu bar.
