Creating a foldable menu bar – plugin?

  Hi all,

  I’m in the early stages of designing a website for an Arts Festival. They’ve requested a menu like the one at http://www.giaf.ie.

  It needs to fold out to reveal lots of options at the top but be simple anytime else.

  If anyone knows the name for this specific type of menu or can point me in the right direction regarding plugins that offer this etc I’d really appreciate it!
