Creating a Form, but allow users to see their own submissions

  Hi all

  I run a prediction game and this year I used a contact form to allow players to submit their predictions to me which I could then download in .csv and upload to my database.

  I have an issue where players are saying they cannot see their own submissions after they have submitted.

  Also, I don’t want players to see each others submissions to make sure no-one copies each other.

  So I need to find a way in which I can have a Form or anything else that submits data I can download from my end, that the player can see whenever they want, but not have others see it from a front end.

  Is this possible?

  I was wondering whether it would be possible to have a passworded page for each player which they could see past submissions on…but we’re talking around 100 pages if this was the case.

  As you can see on the site this is the Prediction Page. Basically if I had a page per player I would need to replicate this form on everyone’s page…and also when the matches change (as they often do) I would have to update it 100 times rather than just once

  Is there a way to do this without plugins?
