Creating a forum or online community – best plugin? Resources?

  I’m new to WordPress and looking for tools to create a b2b forum or online community for our company. Any suggestions?

  There is no forum that you can embed into a free hosted WordPress.com blog as there is no FTP access and we cannot install plugins. However, you can create a private blog and you have three options: http://onecoolsitebloggingtips.com/2012/04/23/wordpress-com-forum-options/
