  Hi, I am wanting to create a home page that directs people to my two separate blogs

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  1. Here are the steps to create a home page:

  Set the Homepage

  2. On the home page, you can add links to your blogs:
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/links/

  Or you can make use of a Links widget in a sidebar. If you choose this, make sure your home page displays the sidebar.
