creating a home page

  i have failed to create a home page. i have followed the guide but got stuck at the
  my site–design—customise—home page settings
  i cannot find the ‘design’ and the rest. please help.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  If you go through this link, you can find my site -> Appearance -> Customize.

  It will open the customizer, then you can see homepage settings.
