Creating a 'home' tab as a page option

  Please help me!
  How do I get a ‘Home’ tab as one of the pages on the top right hand side of my blog that leads back to the main general page? I am using the Dyad theme and I am able to add extra new pages (eg. ‘about me’ and ‘contact’) but not one that redirects to ‘Home’. How can I create that page?

  The way I did this was to to go Menus:

  https://thatdayigothungry.wordpress.com/wp-admin/nav-menus.php

  Click on Custom Link on the left and put
  https://thatdayigothungry.wordpress.com/
  as your Custom Link, and Add to your Menu.
