Creating a link from alphabet on top to letters throughout the page
-
I’m looking to link to content on the same page. All the instructions I have sound show how to link to different posts or pages. I’m creating a directory of all the books I’ve reviewed alphabetically. I have the letters of the alphabet on top of the page and I want to link each letter to it’s twin later on the page. How do I do this?
I’m on http://bookconnection.wordpress.com
Thank you.

You are referring to page jump links AKA anchor text links.

Am I supposed to get a picture of an anchor when I look at the visual editor after linking?

Oops never mind. I needed to put the code after the letter. Thanks for your help. It’s great to know you’re there when I run into a problem.
