Creating a link to specific tag within a category

  I use both tags and categories on my site. I’d really like to be able to link to all posts within a category containing a certain tag. (the site is ResidentAssistant.com)… you’ll see, for example, that under “get an idea”, there is a category called bulletin boards. I have a lot of bulletin boards (and other posts in other categories with the tag “Halloween”. I’d love to create a link to all bulletin board posts that have the tag Halloween, but not include other categories with the tag Halloween.

  Is this possible?
