Creating a Menu

I think there might be some kind of lock on my account that I cannot create menus. Actually I have created (empty) menus but they will not show up on my home page. I have looked at two tutorials – one on You Tube and one on this site. I did exactly what they said to do and I still do not see the menu options on my home page. Please tell me what I am doing wrong. Thank you.

Hello,
After you created a menu, did you assign it to the desired location?
You can assign a menu the location (in case of your theme, Primary and Social location) during the menu creation or edit: https://prnt.sc/mh9fqp
or after you finish in the Menu Locations, like I am showing you in the video:

Yes I did assign it to a place such as “primary page” or something like that, but the problem is that it will only take one menu item at a time meaning that the assignment to the primary page jumps around. I cannot assign all the menu items to the primary page. And even then the menu item that I do assign does not show up.
