Creating a Menu like this?

  Hello,

  I am making a website from a WP theme and requires a menu that works something similar to this website – https://centrumvoormindfulness.nl/en/

  I would like to ask if there is any expert that can help identify which menu plugin will help me to generate it or will it require custom css. Thanks.

  This site https://centrumvoormindfulness.nl/en/ was built using a different CMS. You will need a menu plugin or custom CSS or both to create a similar menu to the one on that site. Installing plugins or writing custom CSS requires an upgraded WordPress.com plan:
