Creating a new account – Formerly used name/extension

  I am the owner and Registered Trademark owner of That Beer Guy® and I am trying to create this account, thatbeerguy.wordpress.com under trademark ownership with the USPTO.gov. I can provide documentation if need be to demonstrate this along with the certificate. The previous content of thatbeerguy.wordpress.com has been deleted and removed and I am wondering what I need to do to take access of this, if possible.

  Hi there. Once a blog is deleted, it can no longer be used by anyone, either the former owner, or anyone else. The good news is that, even though you can’t take ownership of the address, nobody else can either.
