creating a new account on wordpress or installing wordpress

    i had created a wordpress account around April this year with the following email id – (email visible only to moderators and staff)
    i had bought a domain from godaddy and hosting from siteground but for certain reasons i was unable to continue with the same and had stopped the auto renew on both the domain and the hosting
    i plan to start again, i have already purchased domain from godaddy and hosting from siteground
    what i need to know is that do i have to install wordpress again or do i just need to create a new account on wordpress to have a wordpress website
