Creating a new blog

  I need on line live person help either via chat or speaking to someone.
  I am trying to re-create much of what I already have set up on a WordPress blog into a new one and can’t seem to get it right.

  For some reason when I click on “Dashboard” I don’t get the options the instructions you provided specify

  I get as “Home”, “My Sites”, and “Profile”

  I’m familiar with the Dashboard function and have never seen just these options before.

  Any idea why?
