Creating a New Page

Good afternoon, I created a new page that I wanted nestled on my homepage (top page). I can go to the ‘posted pages’ section and view it; but, unfortunately it is not showing up. I tried logging out and viewing, refreshing, waiting, etc. I just want to make sure I didn’t do anything wrong…?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

They must be public pages – not private and not drafts.
Public – The page will be visible to everyone.
Protected – The page is protected with a password you set. Only people who have the password can view a protected page.
Private – Pages are only visible to blog Editors and Administrators. Private pages are not visible in Reader, feeds, or in any search. A page can be private without being password protected.

I checked the support but just can’t seem to figure out where I’m going wrong – if I search for ‘bad impressions’ I can find it…but can’t see anywhere else it’s listed.
