Creating a new theme

    I have baught a wordpress theme from envatomarket.com. I have downloaded it and follow the instructions but there seems to be no place where I can add a theme in the appearance > theme section in WordPress. How can I add my own themes to my website?

    Hi oceanhouse2014,

    WordPress.com only allows the use of Premium themes that are purchased through the Appearance>Themes screen in your dashboard. To use the theme you purchased, you may need to have a self-hosted site on WordPress.org.

    You can check to see if your premium theme is available by searching its name in the Appearance>Themes screen. If it isn’t there, you won’t be able to use it and may need to request a refund from envatomarket.com.
