Creating a new user/having trouble

  I deleted a user from my word press account because she could not remember her password and I could not send a new user email to her because she had an account. Now she is not able to create a new user profile using her email because that was in use before. Can you help me?

  Hi @karynt,

  That user will need to log into their account and change their password themselves via the security settings page:

  https://wordpress.com/me/security/

  I think, there is no way to reset the password for someone else’s account.

  Maybe the Support team have other tip for you :)
