Creating a new website.

  I and my friend are creating a new blog/website, where we want our users to login with a custom username and password, and NOT the wordpress credentials.
  Then just like a forum, we want users to post articles with that custom username displayed.
  Also, while registering for our website, we want users to choose an username which would be rather different from their real name for an anonymous discussion. So, we want to add an option too, where if they want their show their real name or an anonymous username to be displayed on their posts.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
