Creating a new WP site to take the place of an outdated one

    Hi! I would like to create a new WP site that will eventually take the place of another one through a different account. This is for a church. They initially had their website created through Worship Times. Worship Times created it on WP but it is ancient. I would like to create the new site and then transfer it over and point the domain name to the new one. How do I do this? Thanks!
